Boston, MA May 11, 2005 -- John Cass joined Boston based Backbone
Media, Inc., as their new Director of Internet Marketing Strategies. Johns
expertise in corporate blogging and online PR will help Backbones
clients to produce even better results online.
John Cass is known in the Internet marketing and PR industry for his
blog, PR Communications,
a blog all about PR, marketing and the Internet. He is also known for
his 2004 corporate blogging survey where his research revealed how such
companies as Microsoft and Macromedia are using blogs to communicate with
their customers; the survey results were presented at the Global
PR Blog Week on PR and blogging.

John re-located to Boston from Seattle, Washington in 2003. John moved
to California from the United Kingdom in 1992, and has a B.A. from Leicester
